Parent Child Sound Bath

This parent & child sound bath event was created with the intention of introducing to our little ones a way to slow down, rebalance, and relax. It has been my passion to include kids in their parents’ mindfulness journeys. By modeling mindfulness practices to our children, we teach them tools to self-regulate and process their emotions in healthy and creative ways.
Parents are invited to surrender to the sound, experience the waves of frequency, and allow this experience to connect with themselves and their little one/s.
For the Sound Bath, parents will lay down and get comfortable, and the kids, well... they will be kids! They can lay, sit, wobble, and either have their eyes opened or closed during the experience; all are welcomed! This is an excellent opportunity for the parents to practice letting go of control and mindfully observe and enjoy the moment.
In addition to the Sound Bath experience, parents and children will be invited to explore the magic of mindfulness practices with the SoulMakes crystals.
Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.

Enjoy a Sound Bath experience, where the soothing sounds of crystal bowls will help to synchronize brainwave activity, guiding participants into a state of deep relaxation and meditative stage.
Let the vibrations wash over you, helping to release stress, restore balance, and harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.

This space is created with the intention of bringing families together to raise funds to support Poes for Peace Program while they have their boots on the ground in Ashville.
Our goal is to come together in community and connection while supporting others in need. This event is for adults and children. Come with your favorite little one.
Sound, Art & Donate
