This parent & child sound bath was created with the intention to introdude to our little ones a way to slow down, rebalance and relax. It has been my passion to incorporate kids into parents’ journeys.
It is an honor to co-create this space in partnership with SoulMakes. It is our shared desire to bring to the new generation tools to reset and connect with themselves.
I invite parents to come surrender and connect. Parents will laydown and get comfortable. Kids will be kids. They can lay, sit, wable, have eyes opened or closed. All is welcomed. I invite parents to let go control, observe and enjoy the moment.
Get ready to immerse yourself in pure bliss and positive vibes.
Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.

Enjoy a Sound Bath experience, where the soothing sounds of crystal bowls will help to synchronize brainwave activity, guiding participants into a state of deep relaxation and meditative stage.

This space is created with the intention of bringing families together to raise funds to support Poes for Peace Program while they have their boots on the ground in Ashville.
Our goal is to come together in community and connection while supporting others in need. This event is for adults and children. Come with your favorite little one.

Enjoy a time to slow down, connect and come together in family. The event will start with a Sound Bath. Followed by a time to paint and play with the children. Feel free to bring a dish and potluck for lunch afterwards.Looking forward to seeing you! Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
