Sound Baths
A Sound Bath session is a full-body immersion healing therapy. It intentionally uses sound’s powerful therapeutic and restorative qualities to nurture your mind, body and soul. It supports people in dropping more into their bodies and being less in their minds.
I offer 60-minute, in-person sessions. It can be done in groups or individually.
The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation to the body and mind, bringing clarity to self-discovery. It can take you to a meditative state without much effort.
All you need to do is lay down or sit in a comfortable position, and your body will receive the sound frequencies to organically relax. I like to start with a few minutes of guided breath. The remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies, with the intention to bring everything into harmony.
Regular sessions can teach your body to feel relaxed more often. It supports your emotional system to respond instead of react in life situations.
